PayPal C360 is a complimentary, invite-only event. PayPal covers ground transportation, hotel sleeping rooms for Monday, May 8 to Wednesday, May 10, food, and beverage offered as part of the program. Round-trip air travel, hotel incidentals including pre/post event extensions are not covered by PayPal. Our group rate per night at the Park Hyatt Aviara is $435 plus tax and $30 resort fee, based on single occupancy. 

Round-trip air travel to the event is at the attendee’s expense and will not be paid for by PayPal.

We recommend an arrival on or before 2:00 PM on Monday, May 8, and a departure after 3:00 PM on Wednesday, May 10.

Attire is business casual for all events. Evening events will be outside, so we recommend packing a light jacket/overcoat. A final agenda with recommended attire will be sent late April to assist you with packing. 

To check-in at the Park Hyatt Aviara, you will need a government issued ID that matches the name on your registration form, the hotel front desk will also request a credit card. Please confirm and follow all requirements with your airline. All travelers require a valid government issued ID that matches your airline ticket when checking in for flights. When booking flights, please use your name exactly as it appears on your passport or ID. 

The safety of our attendees and staff is our highest priority. We are committed to hosting a meaningful and safe in-person event for our community, following all local and state health and safety guidelines. If you plan on attending, please carefully review and follow the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) travel guidelines. To ensure the safety of all attendees, we ask that you do not attend the conference if you have symptoms of COVID-19 or any reason to believe that you were recently exposed.
