Cindy Turner has joined PayPal in Sept 2021 as VP Large Enterprise, where she is responsible for the Braintree & Hyperwallet product organizations, as well as a commercial Growth organization that partners with leading Ecommerce clients to light up new payments opportunities and optimize their environment.
Cindy joins us after a long tenure at JPMorgan Chase Merchant Services (Paymentech), where she was most recently Managing Director, Head of Global Client Solutions & Core Product, and was responsible for all of the processing product and platforms of their $2T merchant acquiring business. Previous to this role,
Cindy ran Product Strategy and Commercialization at Chase, responsible for their go-to-market strategy and investment roadmap. Cindy started her career in strategy consulting at The Parthenon Group, and also worked as an operations executive at private equity firm KKR, where she was deployed into First Data for three years to help drive profitability in that business. Between KKR and JPMorgan, Cindy also spent time at Visa, where she helped lead the launch of Apple Pay and Network Tokenization. Cindy is a frequent speaker and contributor within the Payments industry, having spoken at Merchant Risk Council, Merchant Advisory Group, PaymentsED Forum and Money 20/20 events. She has spent more than a decade in enterprise and merchant payments, and in 2019 she was named to the ETA’s “40 under 40: Gamechangers in Payments”.
Cindy is a graduate of Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she was named an Arjay Miller Scholar, and Dartmouth College, where she graduated cum laude. Cindy lives in the Bay Area with her family, including two young boys and a pandemic puppy. She & her family are avid sailors and skiers.
