Christian Roe
Chief Revenue Officer, Discount Tire

Mr. Roe joined Discount Tire Co. in 1988. With over 1,100 company owned stores and almost $9 Billion in revenues, Discount Tire is the largest independent tire retailer in the world.  In 2021, Mr. Roe was promoted to Chief Revenue Officer and is responsible for new revenue streams including fleet, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships and joint ventures.  In 2021 he led the purchase and integration of Tire Rack, the largest on-line retailer of tires in North America. Previously, Mr. Roe had been Chief Financial Officer responsible for the capital budgeting and long-term strategic financial planning including capital structure, interest sensitivity, payment systems, estate planning, term and working capital facilities of the company.  Mr. Roe was a Commercial Loan Officer at First Interstate Bank (Wells Fargo) and received his degree in Finance from Arizona State University.  Mr. Roe was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 1997 and Executive Vice President in 2002 and Judged Private Company CFO of the Year 2007 by Financial Executives International.  Mr. Roe has been very active in a number of philanthropic organizations, including past Chairman of Arizona Special Olympics.  Mr. Roe was previously Chairman of First Scottsdale Bank and previously served on the board of Arizona Bank and Trust  

(A Heartland Bank).  In 2021, Mr. Roe joined the board of RoboTire.
