Chris Priebe
Senior Director, Treasury - Payments & Risk, Southwest Airlines

Chris Priebe is Managing Director – Treasury Payments and Risk at Southwest Airlines in Dallas, Texas. In his current role he is responsible for the airline’s consumer payment acceptance strategy and relationships.  He spends the majority of his time refining strategy to optimize the payment orchestration for all channels and payment types for $25B in sales. Chris also leads the Corporate Insurance function (for D&O, Cyber, Property, and General Liability) and runs the company’s billion dollar Insurance Captive.   

Chris has been with Southwest Airlines for the past 25 years and in all positions has had direct responsibilities for consumer payment acceptance.   Chris earned degrees in Finance and Accounting from Texas Tech University.
